I'm Back!

It's not that I don't love my blog and mean to neglect it. I've just been filling my days with other things, not cooler things just stuff. Well here they are...

First off Teagan sweet 20 monther love that she is growing up, but she thinks she is already grown up. Basically this picture says it all she doesn't like to get dressed and the only shoes she likes to wear are her rain boots because she can put them on herself. Really a cute process, and don't you love kids that have shoes on the wrong feet. I do!
Next I grew up in an artistic home my mom is an amazing artist, crafter, all the above, and I was an art major in my two years I was in college. So gratefully now that I'm home all day and have time to explore my artistic desires I'm so happy.

Here are some flowers that I made for my mom's Young Women's center piece I love how they turned out! I'm also dabbling in sewing, in which Teagan has a new skirt that I still need to work out kinks, and I have plans for a new messenger style bag for my self. We will see how that turns out.

I do still try to have some fun with Teags. So why not play in the snow because it will be gone tomorrow.
So we will take a walk. Teagan's baby really needed to get out of the house. Again how grown up is Teagan.
Lastly my winter seasonal depression has caused a mass painting epidemic in our house. I painted the cabinets, the kitchen a lovely butter yellow, dining room green, and the living room a grayish blue! I may live in a crayon box but I love color and have small rooms so if I want to change the color not a big deal!
With small rooms comes even smaller closets so I've tried to get organized in way too many ways to document. BUT this just makes me sick so I show to share my pain.

This is the after picture of our shoe disaster
I love shoes and that's okay when your the only one, but I married a shoe-aholic so in turn this is what happens. With this pile I could only get rid on ONE pair so for now we will just keep shoving them into our small closet.
Oh and mog podge ever tried it? Well you should so easy and fun! I did a frame, vase, and a box to hold ribbon so many options and Teags love to "help".
The End.

You are so artsy. I love those flowers and I probably wouldn't end up killing them like my other plants.

Had a major hair disaster this week. I've started to call you a number of times but it is just to traumatic to try and relive it with you. Just know you are going to be doing some major hair surgery come May.

I love it all! Teagan's stance in the first picture, her back words boots, her doll she is strolling around.
Your flowers are amazing, I love that you painted your walls all those fun colors. A little color never hurt anyone... white walls are boring!
I swear I am going to set something up with you one of these Thursdays. Maeva has had a old so when she is all better we are going to come play.

Bob made me get rid of 2 laundry baskets full of shoes before we moved. I still miss a lot of those shoes and he hears about it every time we go "out". I love those flowers by the way.

I've got to make me some flowers.
I love Teags face and pose. She must have been very proud of herself to stand long enough for a picture.
